Hisui Japanese Steak House: Authentic Sushi and Grilled Delights in Vacaville

Amazing experience! The sushi chef Adam was exceptional. He made some of the best sushi I’ve had in years. Will definitely be coming back for that experience again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — Amazing Experience at Hoshi Hibachi! I went to Hoshi Hibachi for the first time and had one of the best dining experiences ever. Our server and chef, Miguel, truly made the night unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, he brought great energy, kindness, and skill to the table. Miguel wasn’t just cooking — he was entertaining, connecting with everyone, and making sure we felt welcomed. His timing, his jokes, his attention to detail, everything was perfect. The food came out delicious, cooked exactly how we wanted, and you could tell he takes pride in what he does. It’s rare to meet someone who puts that much heart into their work. You could feel that Miguel genuinely cared about giving us a great experience, and he absolutely did. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. If you go to Hoshi Hibachi, ask for Miguel — he’ll make your night special. Highly recommend this place!

The sushi chef Adam is literally one of the only reasons I come back so much.. I mean, of course the sushi is amazing in itself, but Adam makes the experience SO MUCH better. He literally is the best sushi chef I've ever came across. I HIGHLY recommend you come see him. You won't regret it.

we’ve gone to the conveyer sushi twice now and it’s great! all you can eat, yummy food and friendly staff. the sushi chefs are also awesome!

Look all i can say is dammm, im actually inpressed, everytging was bomb, we walked in and waited few min to be sat down, our first time here, so we didnt really know what to expect, once we sat down in the all you can eat, Joe & Foo kept the food comming, no lie they were on point, food was bomb and they also hooked us up with a couple diff special rolls & Oysters, Ana the waiter & other waitresses also kept comming around and cheking in on us, all were very attentive & i can deff say we will deff be back, this is now our sushi spot near home lol. Everyone is very humble. We enjoyed it and loved this spot.

I won’t lie at first I was worried they weren’t open but so glad we tried going in. It was my daughters, she is 8, first time having Hibachi. The waitress, Diana, sat us down and was super friendly and attentive. The chef was Miguel and he was so great. He really put on a show which my daughter loved. At one point she asked “Are you a chef or a magician!” Everyone was friendly and attentive. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and my daughter thought it was the best fried rice she has ever had.

Celebrating our Wedding Anniversary and I give the whole experience a 10 out of 10. It was also so affordable.It reminded me that this place is not just for special occasions. We can come anytime. Excellent food and service.

Chef Adam was amazing, he made my son feel so special on his 13th birthday. Thank you for the attentive service!
